Holiday accommodation in a building located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea, in the second line of Poniente beach, with spectacular sea views.
A quiet place, ideal for any type of leisure or work activity, next to the beach, with enviable weather, close to the centre of Benidorm but without all its hustle and bustle, with a very fast link to the motorway to travel for leisure or work and just a few minutes by car from all of Benidorm's theme parks
The Castelmar building is the ideal base for any leisure option in Benidorm, as each tourist accommodation has a private and covered parking space (for one car), you will have no problem moving around whenever you feel like it, since when you return you will have a place to park your car without any problem.
Enjoy your lawn and garden area around the adult and children's pool, with the peace of mind that the entire building complex is fenced, and if you want to go to the beach, it is 100 metres in a straight line from the building.
Accommodation of 64 m² comfortable and exterior, with sea and garden views, has 2 bedrooms (the second bedroom is on a glazed side terrace) and capacity for 6 people.
It is located 6 km from the "Interurban Bus Station of Benidorm", 9 km from the natural park "Sierra Helada", 100 m from the restaurant "Local of Various Types", 130 m from the sandy beach "Poniente", 850 m from the supermarket "Coaliment", 2 km from the "Old Town", 3 km from the sandy beach "Levante", 5 km from the Golf Course "Villaitana", 5 km from the theme park "Terra Mitica", 6 km from the water park "Aqua Natura", 6 km from the theme park "Terra Natura", 8 km from the water park "Acualandia", 8 km from the theme park "Mundomar", 11 km from the rocky beach "El Albir", 36 km from the train station "Renfe - Alicante", 50 km from the airport "Alicante - Elche"

Appartement spacieux, calme, idéalement situé près de la plage, commerces proches et la météo. Au niveau de l'agence, merci au personnel notamment Maria et Fatima pour leur aide, sans oublier le monsieur qui nous a remis les clés et qui nous a bien dépanné pour la salle de bain un dimanche. Peut etre pour la remise des clés, car Poniente est assez éloigné de l'Agence !!!

#### Apartamento Castelmar en playa de poniente.
El apartamento dispone de parcela de garaje incluida que da mucha tranquilidad a la hora de tener que mover el coche. Las vistas desde la terraza son espectaculares y muy relajantes. Da a dos orientaciones, así que facilita la corriente de aire natural de la brisa del mar y no hace falta usar aire acondicionado que se cobra por día y a parte. La ubicación es perfecta ya que la playa de Poniente es más familiar y menos concurrida. La urbanización tiene piscina y zonas verdes pequeñas pero agradables. El mobiliario de la vivienda está un poco obsoleto y para mi gusto le haría una renovación más actualizada. Por lo demás, la estancia ha sido muy satisfactoria. La gestión por parte de la inmobiliaria has ido perfecta y muy amable. Actualización de mobiliario y decoracion en general,Por parte del propietario.
