There was no remote for the TV. It took a visit to the Booking.com shop and a few phone calls before the guys came to the apartment 2 days later and got us a new remote. The pool area was closed (13th October) we were not advised about this. It was 23 degrees and there was no where accessible to even sit outside. I know some pools close for winter but we were not advised plus no where to sit is not ok.
