Close to the sea but in a quiet area, this is a recently opened luxury resort in the Poniente beach area of Benidorm. The apartment in the Benidorm Beach building has everything you need, whatever your reason for staying: vacation, remote work, a getaway for couples or friends, or a family with young children.
Located in a perfect location to enjoy the peaceful Poniente beach, or as a base of operations for visiting Benidorm's five theme parks, excursions in the surrounding area to see nature, picturesque towns, or a getaway to Alicante, the provincial capital, thanks to the nearby highway link.
Once you're settled in, you won't even need to leave the building. You'll have a private parking space, a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a fully fenced garden area so the little ones can have fun safely.
The newly built apartment, in a modern building, features ducted air conditioning and a heat pump, 2 full bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is open to the living room and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Finally, there's a large and spectacular terrace with breathtaking views of all of Benidorm. You'll be able to watch the sun rise and almost set.

The apartment is new, big, clean, well equipped, in a good location. The building has both indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The most beautiful view from the big terrace. Service is good. I will highly recommend this accommodation to people coming from Serbia to Benidorm. Although the apartment is very well equipped, there is no hairdryer.

#### Apartamento espectacular con vistas increíbles
El apartamento es de muy reciente construcción y eso se nota en las calidades. Está en una planta 19 con lo que se ve toda la costa de Benidorm. Precioso. Mucha luz. Es amplio y tiene de todo, incluido lavadora y lavavajillas Además está en un edificio con todas las comodidades, plaza de parking, piscina, spa, zona deportiva… A 5 munidos de la playa y con tiendas, farmacia etc,al lado . Muy recomendable Eche de menos algo tan simple como un trapo para la cocina El apartamento sería perfecto con una mesa de comedor en la terraza Lo demás perfecto, lo recomiendo

#### Un lujo de apartamento
El piso está nuevo, es moderno y bonito. Las vistas increíbles, la piscina una maravilla. Las camas bien, los servicios de la casa todo bien. Muy recomendable. Además, hay piscina interior en el edificio y gimnasio. El acceso a la playa es un camino en cuesta, y al volver del día de playa se hace un poco duro, pero no es largo. El apartamento para mí es un 10.
