\-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, in front of Burguer King.
\-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

the private balcony is the wow factor of the property and is what you pay for. All furniture and utilities need an urgent upgrade. very dated, and in some cases dangerous - for example, the plug socket came off in my hand when trying to take a plug out.

#### Buen apartamento para ir 3-4 personas con buenas vistas
Lo mejor, sin duda, es la terraza. También está bien el tener aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, incluido el salón. Faltan muchos objetos de cocina. La barbacoa estaba literalmente sucia y llena de óxido. El toldo es complicado de sacar.

Tal vez debería invertir en las nuevas tecnologías a la hora del sistema de entrega de llaves, además la puerta no cerraba correctamente. Por lo demás, todo correcto.
