Aria condizionata mancante nelle stanze da letto che pur possedendo ventilatori restano calde e afose per la notte, non godendo dell’influenza dal condizionatore nel salone. Ottimo il terrazzo e il parcheggio incluso. Quarto piano senza ascensore! The tv has only a few English channels and there is no DVD player. The main issues though are with the stairs which I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. If you are considering this apartment I would recommend that you have access to a car as taxis are not cheap and if you will be carrying lots of heavy shopping you will need you strength for the stairs! I did not feel this property represented value for money and overall was a little dissapointed with the experience. ##### robert g.
