Aria condizionata mancante nelle stanze da letto che pur possedendo ventilatori restano calde e afose per la notte, non godendo dell’influenza dal condizionatore nel salone. Ottimo il terrazzo e il parcheggio incluso. Quarto piano senza ascensore! It was spotlessly clean, spacious with the most amazing views and positioned at the quiet end of Benidorm. It is also right next door to The xxx bar which was a bonus. Would recommend eating here. The apartment was fine, we were disappointed to find a double bed in the second bedroom as we were expecting the bedrooms to have 1x double bed and 4 x single beds. Only other problem was its situation on the 4 th floor, a lot of steps to climb. The tv has only a few English channels and there is no DVD player. The main issues though are with the stairs which I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues. If you are considering this apartment I would recommend that you have access to a car as taxis are not cheap and if you will be carrying lots of heavy shopping you will need you strength for the stairs! I did not feel this property represented value for money and overall was a little dissapointed with the experience. ##### robert g.
