The 162 m² apartment consists of a living room, a fully renovated open kitchen with electric ceramic hob and newly installed dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the common areas and bedrooms, as well as a washing machine. A high chair and a cot are available for an extra fee per stay.
Approximate distances: nearest restaurant 39 m, café 320 m, bar 191 m, supermarket 925 m, and El Poniente beach only 20 m away. Parking is available on request and for an additional fee; from October to June, street parking is free. A garage is available for a surcharge. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee per stay. Electricity is charged separately. Check-in after 20:00 is available for an extra fee. Please note that the property does not have an elevator, access is only via stairs. Smoking is allowed indoors; if you do so, please keep the windows open.
