Block with 14 fully equipped apartments designed for the enjoyment of our guests. Accommodations with 1 bedroom with a bathroom with shower and capacity for 3 people, and 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms (1 with a shower and 1 with a bathtub) and capacity for 5 people. Building with elevator, community pool with solarium area and optional garage. Very bright accommodations of 60 and 80 m² with open terrace, with unobstructed views of the city, some with views of the pool and the sea. All apartments are equipped with internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, Smart TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom, satellite channels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer in the bedroom. bathroom, bed linen and towels included. The kitchens are independent with a ceramic hob, and are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. \- Key delivery and check-in take place in the same building 24 hours a day.
