"I forgot a bag of perfumes in room ,called them back the front desk and said they would hold on I would pick-up the bag the next day , I went to Holiday Inn express to the front desk bring a winco bag and looked inside bag and perfume was missing i asked where the other bottle of perfumes they said was one bottle of perfume inside the bag I told them there was two bottles of perfumes inside the Winco bag someone stole the bottle of perfume "

"Hot tub needed some extra attention but we resolved the issue w host's help. Started our mornings w coffee in the hot tub & after hiking Muir Woods, Golden Gate Park, Ocean Beach up to Lands End Trail, and Fort Point National Site (all worth touring!). We ended with a Sonoma Hot Air Balloon ride and lunch in Napa! Gorgeous The house provides a view that keeps the vacation vibe going even though you are in a subdivision. We had a skunk that walked passed in the morning and owls hooting above us at night, we enjoyed the wildlife!Safeway is close by for quick runs for food.An hour drive to San Francisco and 35 min to Napa. We had all that we needed for our stay "

"Pet free, super clean, older Duplex without neighbor noise, off street parking right outside front door, very safe. Stayed here when in area for Vallejo business, definitely a great choice for my situation."

"The host was phenomenal. The cottage was indeed COZY. Everything I needed was within walking distance. I adore the setting and the city of Benicia. I hope that I will be back before too long. The cottage had everything anyone would need, including frosted mugs in the freezer. Thank you."

"The cottage is a studio, but arranged with plenty of space to spread out. The full-size kitchen, washer, and dryer were real pluses. The hostess was very responsive to my questions and requests, including an early check-in. It's located minutes from the historic shopping/dining district so walking is easy. It's also close to a grocery shopping center with a great frozen yogurt place. I would happily stay here again."

"Plenty of room for all our guests and had a good kitchen and dining set up if needed. The outdoor area was part of the general marina. It would have been nice to have an area to sit as a group outside.Stay information should mention upfront that shoes are not to be worn inside the property and provide a better area to take them on and off."

"The townhome was very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located within walking distance of historic downtown Martinez and close to many regional parks and the John Muir historic home. Neighborhood felt very safe and the covered carport was very nice to have in the rain. While the fire station is close, they never turned on the sirens during my stay. I was however, a little bothered by the street noise at night which could be loud on weekends, even with the sound machine. It wasn't too bad during the week. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay!"
