Villa Pomera is located in Beniarbeig, Dénia area. It is located in a residential area from where you can access the town on foot. Undoubtedly the ideal place for a holiday in a quiet area at the foot of the mountain and a short distance from the Mediterranean coast.

It is a cozy villa of 80 meters and of recent construction. It is distributed on one floor, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, kitchen open to the living room and direct access to the porch and the private pool. It also has independent parking within the plot.

Within 500 meters of the villas you will find some shops, bars and restaurants. Beniarbeig is a municipality in the Marina Alta and a traditional mountain village, located at the entrance to the Vall de la Rectoria, ideal for hiking and mountain biking routes. La Vall de la Rectoria is one of the most beautiful valleys on the Costa Blanca, known for its great views, the beauty of its fields and the tranquility of its villages.

Just 10 minutes away is the "Les Deveses" beach, known for being the widest beach in Dénia, as well as for the quality of its fine, golden sand and the transparency of its waters. Dénia and its port are about 12 km away, where you will find a wide range of services, leisure and culture.

La propreté est à revoir. Frigo très sale intérieur et extérieur, bondes évier et lavabo (odeurs désagréables). lave vaisselle en panne évacuation bouchée remplacé par un appareil sale et vieux mais fonctionnant. Location éloignée de la mer et des commerces voiture obligatoire. Belle piscine propre. emplacement calme

Agréable séjour dans cette maison avec piscine, agréable pour 2 semaines de vacances pour se relaxer. L’agence btb est disponible et réactive ! Seul bémol, l’éclairage de la piscine non fonctionnel. Mais très content de la prestation dans l’ensemble ! Nous recommandons !!

La piscina está genial, tanto en tamaño como profundidad y temperatura. La casa muy moderna y perfecta, muy bien equipada. El exterior de la casa también genial. La limpieza muy bien y el cuidado de la piscina genial. En nuestro caso no habría nada que mejorar, el servicio ha sido excelente!!! Enhorabuena!!
