I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail. This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. Not good business.

High price hotel considering hotel condition
The room smelled of cigarettes and the room was old and looks not 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not buffet and poor for the price.

Bathrooms not clean at all. Old fashioned TVs..needs a lot of upgrades. Not worth the price I paid which was 35$

The pluming in Bathroom needs to be updated, tv and cable as well. The stuff was friendly can’t complain about that.

The old hotel needs remodeling, the stuff are very nice but the place is nasty when it comes to cleaning.

Definitely not a 4.5 star hotel. It is a motel. The rooms were old and outdated. Furniture completely worn out. Bathroom had mold in the ceiling. The front desk staff was rude when it came to paying. I had paid online and he was telling me I had not and trying to double charge.

Enjoyable stay in Beni Mellal
We enjoyed our stay of one night at the Hotel Ouzoud. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and comfortable, although a little dated. Good value for the money. I would stay here again!

كانت جدا جدا سيئة التعامل غير لائق الفندق قديم جميع الاغراض قديمة الباب مكسور الثلاجة مكسورة المكيف خربان لا يوجد امر صالح المناشف سيئة مع الاسف لايستحق اربع نجوم ولا انصح الذهاب فيه

Het enige wat luxere hotel in de stad
In deze stad konden we nou niet echt een prettig hotel vinden. Maar het bovengenoemde hotel lag net ietsje buiten de stad en zag er goed uit met een zwembad. Alles was wat gedateerd, wc bleef doorlopen, maar het was verder heel stil en comfortabel. Het ontbijt was zeer matig, er was eigenlijk niet veel meer dan jam en wat pannenkoekjes, koud.Dus als je het alleen om het slapen doet en de rust en de redelijk mooie tuin met groot zwembad, dan heb je een goede keus gemaakt.
