I stayed there for the 3rd time, the hotel is good, and close to the airpot, but the staff is what made me return from the porter, to kitchen staff and reception all very friendly and respectful. As a solo traveller I felt safe and respected at all times.

The breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and staff goes and extra mile to help you in whatever you need. Absolutely all members of staff been very friendly, respectful and as a solo female traveller its VERY important. Will definitely stay there again. About 15 mins from the airports which is a plus specially if you arrive late night or has early morning flights.

The property is located abiut 15mins from the airport, the rooms are comfortable, breakfast is nice and has a good variety of options. The staff is the best of the hotel from the front door to the porter and kitchen all of them are very friendly and respectable, as a solo female traveller I felt safe. The food I ordered were very tasty. Would definitely recommend.

This charming boutique hotel provides all the essential amenities required for a comfortable business trip or a brief stopover. The property exudes a sense of care and is meticulously maintained. I found the rooms to be spotless and the beds exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This was very convenient for an overnight stay in Bangalore 10 minutes from the airport . Arnab checked me in and double checked with me late at night to confirm what time I would like a taxi at the next morning. He also helped me out as I had no Indian rupees for the taxi, he paid for it and I reimbursed him in dollars. I think he went over and beyond to help me.

The mattress was broken with springs poking your bottom. Asked staff to change mattress and they said they did. But it was still same. Not even towels provided in the bathroom. Looks good on the online photo but in reality is a great disappointment.

as per my experience no one should rely on expedia. beacuse i dont think that they audit the property before or after listing. i searched for a property with wifi, expedia gave me this as the first option and had good rating, but the wifi was not working in the room. it was only working at the reception. even after complaining twice the staff could not find any solution. they didnt even had other room option available. this ruined my work and affected my trip. coming to the morning breakfast - there was no buffet laid for the breakfast (the reason was there was not much guest), earlier night they didnt had room avaible to change. the tables in the restaurant were clad with dirt. coffee's taste was pathetic. the dosa was good.
