The hotel you booked was locked and closed!!!!

This hotel was closed. The front door was locked. There was no notice left. I am surprised that Hotels.com is not aware of the unavailability of the hotel I was a reason for me to suffer a lot of hardship to find another hotel. I am very upset with your website for having given me a reservation. Due to a delay in finding another hotel i was delayed for my appointment.
