The air in the room also felt stale and it seemed the windows had never ever been opened. I asked for another room but I was told that all rooms are the same, and there was no other room in the same price range.The photos advertised look much better than the actual hotel. You can hear the sound of construction going on nearby, but the room was pretty quiet. The glass door of the shower room only closed halfway, so the water always got got to thr dry area and the mirror, as a result, would turn misty. It is probably fair for the price, perhaps 3-4 star. My view of the hotel however was coloured mostly by the overuse of a very strong-smelling deodorant (strong smelling to me anyway) that pervaded both the corridors and rooms. Since such deodorants sometimes provoke hay fever type symptoms to me, I was considering not staying even the one night that I had booked. As it is, it was distracting , and could raise suspicions that it is cloaking something. I've marked down the cleanliness as a result. ##### I.
