Das Personal ist immer ausgesprochen freundlich. Ich bin sonst immer mit diesem Hotel zufrieden. Diesmal musste ich viele Mängel übermitteln. Von Sauberkeit bis hin zu defekten. Die Beschwerde wurde wirklich freundlich aufgenommen und weitergeleitet. Das finde ich positiv. Es kann immer etwas passieren und auch ein Reinigungspersonal hat mal einen schlechten Tag. Es gab eine Lösung.
