Bedrooms, bathrooms and the main living areas are all located on one level, providing convenience for all ages. It also features over 2700 square feet, a large bonus room and bathroom on the upper level with a foosball table, king size sleeper sofa and a bunk room and an attached two car garage with EV charger. The garage has ski/snowboard racks, bike racks, and stand up paddle (SUP) board racks. This home has a TV with streaming devices in every bedroom as well as the bonus room and living room, and expansive southern views highlight the gorgeous Paulina Range.
