Get out of the city and step into the peaceful rhythm of Sunriver. This condo comes with access to a shared pool and tennis courts, SHARC passes for all guests, and boasts one of the best views in all of Sunriver! Located near Aspen Lake and the Nature Center, you'll enjoy stunning sunsets and shimmering Mt Bachelor from your back deck while having everything in Sunriver close at hand.
The single-level condo is bright and clean, with multiple areas to relax. The living room features a sofa bed and a couple of recliners aimed at the TV, as well as a wood-burning fireplace - perfect for when the weather gets cold. A six-seat dining table provides a great setting for family meals or playing one of the many board games you'll find in the closet. A kitchen with fully updated amenities lets you save money by cooking, and a dishwasher makes clean-up a breeze. Stools at the bar allow for company while you cook and make for a great place to enjoy wine and appetizers.
Step outside to either the front or the back to relax in the sun. The front boasts an enclosed patio area with a table and a gas grill, while out back is an open deck with lounge chair. Watch bicyclists ride by or listen to the delightful sounds of nature all around.
There are two bedrooms and two baths in this condo - one bedroom features a king bed, and the other features a king bed and a twin bed. Both have their own full private baths with showers. Between the two rooms and the sofa bed.
A washer/dryer is available for your convenience, which may come in handy after long rallies on the tennis courts or swimming in the pool at SHARC.
This retreat is perfect for a multi-generational family or a couples' retreat - with the Village at Sunriver just over a mile away, and the stables the same distance in the other direction, it won't be too far to get anywhere. Rent bicycles from the Village and explore over 30 miles of bike paths, or rent kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddle boards from the marina and have fun in the Deschutes River. If golfing is your thing, you have many public golf courses in Centra Oregon to choose from.
Little ones will enjoy seeing birds of prey at the nature center, and looking through the telescopes at the observatory at night. Other activities include exploring the Lava Caves just five miles north, and the High Desert Museum ten miles away, where you can learn about the area's wildlife and see live demonstrations! For dining and shopping, head to the Village, where you'll find toy shops, boutiques, and sports shops, as well as options for pizza, burgers, salads, coffee, ice cream, and beer. More options are available 20 miles north in Bend, where you'll find a wide array of eclectic eateries and more than 20 breweries to choose from.

The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Everything was as expected and it’s a beautiful spot but we were surprised to find some of the kitchen tile missing and draperies falling down in one room. A few fixes will make the property even better. Overall still a wonderful accommodation.

The place was mostly clean. There were crackers under the living room rug, dusty lamps and tables, dirty socks in bedroom, and pubes in the bathroom corners. It was great to have toys and board games. The kitchen was well stocked and pretty clean.

#### Great Condos for large family gatherings
This Condo was one of 5 Condos our family rented within the Quelah complex. It was perfect for safe convenient family activities. The “private” pool, hot tub and tennis courts were used often. We easily biked to the village and the SHARC. This Condo did not have bikes but it did have 5 SHARC passes. (This is one less than the 6 that was noted on the wall). Our patio faced the bike path and lake. Because of the season the lake was unfortunately crusted with pollen, but the swans still were there daily. Very good family friendly area!

Everything felt super skimpy and basic. Provided only 5-6 forks, can opener was broken, no extra garbage bags, lights and fan didn’t work. I asked ahead of time if we needed to bring certain items and was told yes and then we got there and didn’t need to so I packed things I wouldn’t have. Outside could use an umbrella for shade. There were 3 chess boards and still didn’t make a complete set. I would stay in that same area just a different unit.

#### Happiness for 3 generations!
Our family needed some stress-free time to enjoy each other - this was perfect! The comfortable furnishings, as in the photos, and well-stocked kitchen made ithat easy, but the best thing was the location! We all loved watching the trumpeter swans, osprey, herons & docks on the lake. Grandpa (82) enjoyed time on the deck watching 3 and 6 years old grandsons on their bikes. Grandma rode with them and on her own, and took the boys for a wonderful walk to the nature center. Mom & dad had some time to themselves and took the boys to the putting green. No time to go to SHARK but we wanted to, ... A couple things to be improved: In the 2nd bedroom especially, good reading lights are needed (3-way bulbs would help). Both large mattresses were too soft, but tolerable. We would stay here again!

We loved this place and it’s location on the Lake Aspen in cozy SunRiver. We visited at near end of Winter and there weren’t many activities to do though we enjoyed our quiet stay. Home was extremely clean and well maintained. It got basic stock of ingredients for one to use. The doors are dated and master bedroom mattress quality needs an upgrade. We would love to come back again in summers.

#### Couples Getaway
This is a very nice two bedroom/bath condo that looks out onto Lake Aspen. We would rent it again. Pros: The location was awesome, the view was beautiful and there was plenty of space in the unit. The bed/bathrooms are very spacious with comfy beds and plenty of storage. There were extra blankets too. As a woman, the lighting in the bathrooms was great for getting ready. There were nice towels, linens and beach towels for your use. Having a pool & hot tub for guests only was nice since getting into SHARC can be hard. Loved the little extra touches of soaps & shampoos, with plenty of TP & paper towels. Make sure to bring your own foil, Saran Wrap etc. The counter space in the kitchen was great with a dining bar and a big window. Cons: BBQ is old and needs to be replaced. The igniter is broken and the two handheld lighters they had didn’t work either. There weren’t any bbq safe utensils to cook with. The courtyard needs to be cleaned up. I could not find any cookie sheets or Pyrex type bakeware, except for one 8x8 dish, so it was hard to cook anything in the oven. The silverware needs to be added to. There were only 5 dinner knives, so I was constantly hand washing them for the next meal. Also, there was only 1 serving spoon. I could find the top to a pitcher, but no pitcher itself. I had to mix drinks in a rinsed out milk jug. Also, there weren’t any food storage containers.
