  • Nestled at the North end of Sunriver close to Fort Rock Park with playground and tennis the Woodlands golf course the North pool and within walking distance to the North store, this 2,377 sq. ft., 4 bedroom 4 bath home at 23 Filbert lane, will exceed all of your expectations.

    Additional features include:
    • This magnificent 2 story home has an abundant amount of space with vaulted ceilings and pine log accents
    • Beautiful hardwood flooring a river rock gas fireplace, air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen an open living room with a stereo system and complimentary wireless internet
    • The living room and all bedrooms include a flat screen TV and Blu-ray player
    • The downstairs level features 2 ensuite bedrooms, the first has a queen size bed and has direct access to the homes private hot tub
    • The second bedroom downstairs contains a queen bed and its own private bathroom
    • Up the stairs you will find 2 additional bedroom suites both with king beds, flat screen TV's and vaulted ceilings . The master has a beautiful full bath that includes dual sinks, a soaking tub with a separate shower and a large walk in closet
