Nestled at the North end of Sunriver close to Fort Rock Park with playground and tennis the Woodlands golf course the North pool and within walking distance to the North store, this 2,377 sq. ft., 4 bedroom 4 bath home at 23 Filbert lane, will exceed all of your expectations.
Additional features include:
• This magnificent 2 story home has an abundant amount of space with vaulted ceilings and pine log accents
• Beautiful hardwood flooring a river rock gas fireplace, air conditioning, a well equipped kitchen an open living room with a stereo system and complimentary wireless internet
• The living room and all bedrooms include a flat screen TV and Blu-ray player
• The downstairs level features 2 ensuite bedrooms, the first has a queen size bed and has direct access to the homes private hot tub
• The second bedroom downstairs contains a queen bed and its own private bathroom
• Up the stairs you will find 2 additional bedroom suites both with king beds, flat screen TV's and vaulted ceilings . The master has a beautiful full bath that includes dual sinks, a soaking tub with a separate shower and a large walk in closet

When we arrived the hot tub was broken- we notified the host and Sunriver front desk that night and someone came out the next day to let us know the pump was seized and they needed to decide whether to repairs or replace- apparently we were offered a 10% discount but never heard from anyone after this - was an important part of our winter vacstion and a bummer to have picked a place in part for that amenity and to have it broken. Would have expected a better response and discount. Otherwise the house was okay and was nice to have a bathroom for each room.

Great Golf Getaway
Our foursome stayed at this house and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. We are all of an age where sharing bedrooms and and bathrooms is not something we want to do. This house has it all, four bedroom suites, a hot tub and access to all the ameneties Sunriver has to offer including access to Crosswater. We are sure to be back for another stay.

Great getaway home for adults
We stayed with 3 other couples and it was so nice for all of us to have our own bathrooms. Great open concept. I was happy we were there in the winter while it was snowing as the house backs up to a busy street and path. Not a whole lot of people out and about so it was quiet, but see where it might be noisy in the summertime if you are sitting outside. Not a lot of privacy. With that being said we would definitely rent this home again.
