Nowhere in the listing does it state what sort of bed there is other than stating that the "bedroom" has a double bed. The "bed" is the sofa, extended. No extra mattress. "We had a wonderful stay at Vista Linda and would definitely recommend it for a family lake trip! The house was beautiful, spotless, and very well equipped. The bedroom setup worked perfectly for our group, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the house.The outdoor space was one of our favorite parts. The pool and hot tub were perfect after spending the day on Lake LBJ, and the lake views were beautiful. Having easy access to the boat ramp and dock made bringing our jet skis incredibly convenient. The kids also loved the game room, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained throughout our stay.Karen was an excellent host who was friendly, responsive, and proactive about making sure we had everything we needed. She also provided helpful information and recommendations for the area!This is a great property for a family or group looking to enjoy the lake while still having plenty to do at the house. "Our stay was amazing! House is absolutely beautiful. The space in the kitchen is to die for if you love cooking. All the dishes were in good condition. At times rentals have very used pots and pans that stick and make clean a task. Ohhhhh can't forget to mention the fridge space!! 2 mini fridges and a second full size fridge/frezzer in the laundry room. You will not have to worry about space to keep things cold.The outside 10x10 pool was clean, the furniture around the pool was comfortable, shade umbrellas kept us cool. The water donw at the river was a sight to see from the back porch. Loved all the games that were available to play. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Everything was wonderful will definitely return."

"Great place to stay! H-E-B is 2-3 miles away so you’ll have whatever you need near by also a drive through coffee place I believed called mojo. Had a really good time swimming in the river the property has free kayaks and paddle boards eat cabin also has a charcoal grill which was very nice."
