About this property

Nice and fresh townhouse in a lung area near the beach and golf course.

  • The townhouse is fresh, modern and is located both near the sea and golf. It is a very lively area of Torrequebrada with walking distance to the beach, bus stops, shops and restaurants. There is a large terrace adjacent to the living room with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. On the first floor there is a very cozy patio and up on the roof a large solarium with sea views. The area is fenced with a large garden and a 25m long pool which is right next to the house.
    The townhouse is newly furnished in Scandinavian standard. There is also internet
