This luxury duplex penthouse apartment with views to the sea, beach, gardens and pool, is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Spain or used for a golfing break. The property is part of a complex and is within a small block with access via a lift or stairs which serves 6 other apartments. It is furnished to a very high standard with marble flooring and air conditioning throughout. There is a private garage and additional parking. The complex is in private grounds with a security gate and a video phone access system. The apartment is within easy reach to many bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Benalmadena marina is also a walk/taxi/bus ride away with it's multitude of restaurants and bars overlooking the marina. Great duplex penthouse
Whilst this apartment is probably coming up to needing a bit of a refurbishment, this is already factored into the rates being charged which are excellent for a large three bedrooms property. Most importantly, the apartment is spotlessly clean and is extremely well equipped with plenty of supplies of, eg, toilet rolls. Good showers, comfy beds and everything works. As we were in Benalmadena early, Wendy the housekeeper allowed us to leave our luggage and did everything she could to enable us to check in early, which was really helpful.Some really lovely restaurants all within easy walking distance and also an easy walk down to the beach for a sundowner and swim. A decent Dia supermarket is just across the road. The only negative for me personally was that, I am a light sleeper, but also like to have the windows open at night (and not use the AC, which is throughout the apartment)but local noise made this challenging for me on just the Friday and Saturday night we were there. All in all a good apartment managed and owned by people that care.

Everything was just brilliant. From early enquiries right through to arrival cimmunication and instructions were flawless. The apartment is spotless and had everything we needed, even the beds were comfy - a bit of a lottery with apartments. The complex facilities were wonderful, however just a couple of things to be aware of re. pool - there are restricted opening times (11-3.30 and 5.00-8) and there are no loungers provided. The location great, far enough out of the hubbub of town, yet close enough to walk - if its the marina you want, then you are about 30 min walk away, however the bus service is on the doorstep. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future. Thank you to Dean the owner.

Lovely apartment in great location.
Spacious apartment. Quiet but close to lots of restaurants and very close to the beach. Pool was great but not open all day! Open from 11.30 to 3.30 then 5.30 to 8.30 with slight variations depending which month you’re on. We like the beach so it wasn’t a problem for us but if small kids are looking to be at the pool all day it might create a problem for them. The shop across from the apartment was great and we didn’t need to go anywhere else for provisions. We would definitely return.

Hi, many thanks to Dean for letting us stay at his beautiful apartment (communication was great on his side - probably a little slow on mine!). Apartment is well proportioned and has everything you need. Location is first class, only a few minutes walk to beach and all local amenities. For a hassle free and enjoyable break then this is as good as it gets.

Fabulous apartment.
We were all very impressed with the property and location. Smartly furnished and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Very attractive apartment and pleasant outlook from spacious balcony patios. A lovely base from which we could enjoy all the attractions of the resort.
