"The staff are very good, and the welcome and check in were handled with efficiency. On my birthday, I got back to the room and the hotel had left a bottle of prosecco on ice. Car parking is secure and underground. A great location for the marina and the beach with lot bars and cafes nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is worth every penny, and I will describe it as fantastic."

"Really well run nice hotel, clean, nice rooms most with balcony and view of the Mediterranean. Staff very accommodating in a positive and cheerful manner. "

"The room I stayed in was a bit tired, with paint missing on the bottom of the door. The air conditioning also was very poor and luckily, as it wasn't that warm outside, it made more sense to have the balcony doors open to make the room cool, rather than having the A/C on. Apart from that, the room was comfy enough, with a fridge and plenty of cupboard space and a safe. There was no kettle on the room but I asked for one from reception and got one brought by the comfort team, The balcony was big enough, but looked over the road outside the hotel, although you could see the sea from it. There are plenty of sun loungers at the different pools, but the pool bar wasn't open as not really warm enough a lot of the time to sit outside. Breakfast was very nice, with good choice and topped up often even though very busy most times. Didn't have the evening meal but some of my friends had it on one of the nights and said it was very good value. "

"The room service was lacking the staff would not provide clean mugs or refresh tea and coffee facilities, nor would they refresh the soap bar for handwashing. The rooms were not sound proof at all could hear people in the next room, could hear hallway conversations and the doors banging 5 doors down. The hotel does have free parking but the frer section is small and at the front of the hotel, the large side carpark is paid at €10 a night. Beds are firm but comfortable. Did not use the pool so cannot comment. Overall a basic clean hotel but could do with some improvements."
