Our stay at Finca Donna Mar I a

Lovely property, everything you need with beautiful views. The only drawback shops and restaurants are all downhill but a taxi back is inexpensive.

When we arrived we were told that there had been a problem with rats and there was a horrible smell due to the rats repealant and we cannot use one of the bathrooms. The horrible smell remained through our stay and would wake us up .

Pros: the apartment itself was nice but it was along way to the shops and bars etc. we arrived at 8pm and struggled to get supplies, milk, water, etc. the nearest supermarket is a twenty minute walk down hill which is ok but it is very steep walking back up with shopping. you definately need transport. also when we arrived the lady who looks after it said she didn't know we were coming and it hadn't been cleaned or the beds made up. she did make the beds while we went shopping, but it never did get cleaned. we only got two towels as well but she did bring more when we asked. the apartment itself was as described and everything worked properly. the balcony was really big and did get the sun for most of the day. all in all it was ok after a shaky start but would have prefered it nearer to ameneties. very nice if you want peace and quiet

Een mooi, schoon appartement met alles wat je nodig heb.

Da vi ankom lejligheden blev vi glade overrasket da hjemmesiden var fuldstændig identisk med de faktiske forhold. Der gik en halv time i lejligheden, hvorefter vi følte hjemme. Pros: Algunas de las fotografias ocultan la verdadera vista es decir; en frente del balcon o de la terraza resulta que tienes vis a vis "tu vecino/a" y que en las fotos no se mostraba. El contacto con el propietario via on line perfecto, pero las personas encargadas de entregar las llaves,,,,un desastre. A pesar de llamarles entre 14:oo e 15:00 tal como se me ha indicado, tuve que esperar 3 horas para poder entrar en el apartamento, porque la señora inglesa no podia recibirme antes. A la hora de dejar el apartamento, habia que dejar a las 8:oo de la mañana. Entiendo que hay que limpiar para otros turistas, pero es honesto poner todos estos inconvenientes en su oferta de alquiler y explicar los horarios. No habia ninguna informacion en españolen el apartamento, solo danes e ingles. Un desprecio a mi pais e mi idioma. al final y acabo estoy en España. Gracias.

Pros: Séjour très agréable, appartement fidèle à la description, au calme, seule surprise concernant la climatisation qui est payante(1euro pour 3 heures). Nous l'avons peu utilisé car l'appartement étant très bien exposé, il y a toujours de l'air qui rafraîchit les pièces même en pleine chaleur. La ville est très sympathique avec beaucoup d'activités varies(jeux gonflables sur la mer, et diverses activités nautiques, un zoo, un espace dédié aux papillons, un très grand parc de la Paloma, un aquarium...). Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et disponibles ainsi que la personne qui nous accueille à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons l'appartement.

There is a public internet, you can reiceive on the terrace. The price is ok, but it is working pretty bad. It was working on the Laptop on and off, but not on iPhone or iPad. Thank you very much
