Excellent breakfast - all home made. Rooms were spacious and bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom furniture could do with a refurb. The outstanding feature were the positive energies of the hosts (Libby and Geoff). Only one long dining table for 10 and wonder how it qualifies as a lodge! Only 5 rooms and breakfast from 8 am to 9 am!!! No fridge nor even kettle plus! Checkout is at 10 am and a loud knock on the door to confirm; hardly hospitable act let alone service. Over priced at NZ$500 per nite!
