The lake is a short walk down a quiet street where you can launch a kayak or bring a boat (ask for details). Our house is open and airy with room for a crowd and a great backyard to relax and enjoy some outdoor time. We’ve got a fire pit (firewood provided), outdoor dining space, grill and hot tub! You’ll love how close you are to Bemus attractions and the lake, but nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. First Floor \-Spacious kitchen fully stocked so you can cook a great meal. Enjoy coffee from either the drip coffee maker or Keurig. \-Open dining area with large table \-Bright and comfy living room with smart TV. French doors lead out to the patio where you can grill or enjoy the hot tub and outdoor dining. \-We have a queen-sized murphy bed in the living room disguised as a TV cabinet that conveniently folds up when not in use. \-Full bath with laundry closet and tile shower off the living room \-Kid play area with a play kitchen and other toys tucked near the kitchen and mudroom Second Floor \-Open sleeping area at the top of the stairs. Relax on the day bed and watch TV or pull out the trundle and have room for 2 to sleep in the twin beds.
