Cozy Mod Cabin On Turtle Lake! No Pets Allowed

  • Welcome to our family cabin on Turtle Lake! Recently updated! This cabin is perfect for a getaway with the family or with some close friends!
    Prime location on one of the best fishing lakes in the area!

    No Pets! Neighbors have dogs. This isn’t a good fit if you have animals. :)

    If you want to bring your own boat, the boat launch is only a 1/2 a mile away. Located a few miles from Buena Vista Ski Resort and a short 10 min drive to downtown Bemidji!
    The space
    This is a one bedroom and loft. 3/4 Bath on the main floor and half bath upstairs. Lots of living space. Living Room, 4 season porch and deck!

Relaxing family weekend

We had a wonderful stay with family The cabin is cozy with all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend. The loft had plenty of room for 5 people ranging 14-22 years old. The location on the lake was great, a quiet area with friendly neighbors

Family Lake Vacation

We brought our kids and grandkids to this wonderful property for the 2nd year in a row. It was just as wonderful this year as last year. The cabin is perfect and the lake is beautiful. The hosts are super responsive. Totally recommend this for a fun lake experience.

Great spot, there were only 3 of us, so there was plenty of room. the home is clean and well stocked. If you forget something they probably have it there. would recommend to friend and family

Family getaway

The property is beautiful, very clean and cozy! The hosts quickly responded with any questions we had! Despite the weather being a little chilly, our kids still utilized all of the lake toys. They loved playing on the lily pad and the access to the lake!

Cozy get away

This cozy home was perfect for the three of us. The host was very accommodating to our last minute booking. We were all able to work online during the day and enjoy relaxing at night. A little chilly to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space, so we hope to come back in the future to enjoy the outdoor space.

Dreamy family spot

They’ve thought of so much! The place was perfect for my family of 5. So many touches the kids loved - love sac bean bags upstairs and down. Sand toys galore. Kayak and boating fun. The yard is on the small side, but worked great for bocce, bags, bonfires and more. The sand area was a highlight for my littlest first thing every morning. Would stay here again!

Our party had 4 adults and 2 teenagers - plenty of room. We also invited 2 adults over to enjoy the patio and deck for supper. Older adults may need to be extra cautious of the steps in the patio area by the fridge and take extra care when going down the few steep steps to the dock. Overall we enjoyed our weekend stay on Turtle Lake and will recommend this Cabin/Area to our friends and family.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this super cute cabin. Our kids loved the loft area with the toys, the beach and the wildlife (we had a swan family visit daily). It's in a nice location relative to town and the whole lake chain is beautiful. Check in was super smooth and the host is very responsive to questions and helpful. The kitchen is cozy but it works and the enclosed porch was a nice place to unwind after the kids went to bed. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling to the area with children.

Fun on the Lake

Had a wonderful time. Kids loved the lily pad and the paddle boat. The weather was rainy and chilly a couple of days, but the cabin was well stocked with games and activities. The space was a little cramped for 5 of us, but we made it work. Vanessa was very helpful and responded to our questions immediately.

Absolutely perfect stay on Big Turtle Lake. The cabin was cozy and modern, exactly as it says. We brought a small fishing boat and the dock was fabulous. It was a hot couple of days and the air conditioning worked so well. And the beds were so comfortable! I never expect to sleep well away from home but I actually slept better than at home. We grilled and enjoyed the deck. It was ideal! Our grandpa lived on Big Turtle Lake and it was really special to be back at one of my favorite places in the world. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us.

Incredible Stay

This was absolutely the best VRBO experience ever for our family. The property is incredible inside and out. I grew up on the neighboring lake as a kid, and brought my kids and grandkids here for a family reunion. My kids and grands and I had a perfect time, morning, noon and night, the spaces were so well thought out. The hosts were great. We are coming back next summer.
