The bungalow is such a great size for 2 people and a dog. It’s brilliantly placed a short walk from the beach and the shops and restaurants. It’s very well equipped and has everything you need. The gardens at the back of the small table and chairs at the front are a really nice touch. We would go back in a heartbeat

Bembridge Gem ..
The clean and well appointed interior and the comfortable fittings, clean and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Everything needed was well thought through.
I found the fact that local neighbours parked directly in front of the driveway to White Roses a little stressful as this didn’t leave much room to enter and exit. Perhaps the owner. Pull ask for some leeway here?

A little Gem
Lovely bungalow in quiet location.
Everything you need, including dog treats.
Very close to beach, able to walk there without using roads. Fabulous
Cut hedge back by front gate to make entering and leaving property easier and safer.

Spacious bungalow in a fantastic location
This may only be a one bed cottage, but all the rooms were very spacious and there were 2 bathrooms. The super large bed and sofas were very comfortable. We loved the fact that there were two private seating areas outside to catch both the morning and evening sun. Being able to walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes was the best thing about this cottage. Bembridge also has a good selection of shops and pubs which were an easy stroll away.
The door hinges could do with oiling as they creaked loudly (which was annoying at night time). Inconsiderate parking by a neighbours opposite (who were having work done) made it difficult to reverse into the White Roses driveway some days.

My cozy bungalow
Great location, quiet, private, yet walking distance to Co-Op, cafe and beach. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen. Would 100% stay again!
Wonderful friendly communication of everyone who I worked with from Just For You.
Many dead spiders around inside. Female sanitary item in guest bathroom under sink. One of the bathroom glasses had toothpaste mouth print. Door to front garden has a screw sticking out of the part you turn to open that caught my finger.
I would suggest either a larger sofa in the lounge, or add a TV to the bedroom so you can lay down to watch. Would suggest a semi opaque curtain on the entrance door. These are observations, and suggestions not complaints. I feel that honest feedback it essential. :)

Couples holiday
Overall the property is nice and has all you need, broadband wasn’t great as router isn’t located in property or its very well hidden I suspect it’s in the property owners house which is connected, although you have a large front lawn we were disappointed with the situation at the rear as you only have a small fenced of patio area which strangely is surrounded by the owners own garden from the adjacent property,we did have some difficulty on occasion getting out of the gated driveway a couple of times 2 or 3 cars would park on the opposite side of the road which isn’t a particularly wide road so we had to shunt to get out on the plus side the property is in a great location for dog walking or cycling on the coastal paths and is only a couple of hundred metres from the beach with several beaches within walking distance, Bembridge is a nice place has a couple of good restaurants and lovely bakery we particularly enjoyed eating at the propeller near the airport and framptons in the high street as with all of the island your only a short drive to lots of lovely scenery and interesting places to visit
A wonderful property with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. White Roses is in a very quiet road in Bembridge and 5 mins walk from the beach. There are miles of walks from the doorstep, local shops within walking distance and we ate at Framptons, a lovely wine bar/restaurant in the village. We will return!
