The view was beautiful, the room was spacious, and the front desk staff were super friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience was a complete disappointment. The moment we walked in, the bald man working there seemed unhappy to see us and immediately told us we needed a reservation. When we checked in earlier, we had asked about this and were told no reservation was required since the restaurant is for hotel guests only. We waited far too long for our food. By the time it arrived, it was already cold. The “ginger chicken” literally had pieces of raw, unpeeled ginger in it, and my salad never even arrived. A simple salad should not take that long to prepare, yet it never came at all. The poor service and unprofessional attitude completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner. The front desk kindly sent two desserts to our room afterward, which was a thoughtful gesture, but it didn’t make up for the terrible dining experience. If you stay here, I highly recommend eating somewhere else instead of the hotel restaurant.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and everywhere was kept very clean. It would have been nice if food was served in the evenings, but overall very pleased with our choice and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. The reception team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable visit. Their knowledge of this magical island was outstanding, and they provided excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and must-see attractions. Michael and the team at the pool bar were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making every interaction a pleasant one. The property itself has a unique charm and character that sets it apart. While it may not be the most modern Boutique Hotel, it has its own style and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was updated and modern, which was a nice touch. The only minor downside for me was that the bed and pillows are a bit firmer than I prefer. The location is convenient and easy to reach by car, only about 20 minutes from Olbia's airport. Parking was plentiful and hassle-free, and there is a beautiful beach within walking distance. While there isn’t a great deal to do immediately around the property, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to return. The outstanding staff and welcoming atmosphere made this stay truly special.

Nice hotel, good sized rooms. Unfortunately some of its facilities were not operational such as the beach club, second (beachfront) restaurant). Air conditioning in the room did not work. Staff seemed functional but not particularly welcoming. Perhaps they felt it was the end of the season. Maybe they should fully function and then close rather than stay half open.
