Beautiful hardwoods in living areas and office and carpet in master and front guest bedroom. Handsome stone, wood-burning fireplace can be enjoyed throughout open living areas. You'll never want to leave the Texas-sized, covered back porch with stunning lake and sunset views. Fully stocked kitchen opens up to living and bar area with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and double oven. Enjoy lake views from living room, kitchen, master and guest bedroom. If you're an animal lover, you will be in heaven! Deer can be spotted at nearly every hour of the day. Property located within the family friendly, quiet, well-maintained Morgan's Point Resort community with shopping, dining and marina nearby! 2 hours flat to Fort Worth, 45 to Austin and 30 or less to Ft. Hood or Georgetown.

**Path down to the lake is currently a bit overgrown--the quickest, easiest way to get in there lake is to take the path to the adjacent park and walk down boat ramp.

Perfect Little Lake House

This property was perfect for our stay while a family member was in the hospital in Temple. We looked forward to coming home every evening and enjoying the sunset over the lake. Beautiful, clean house stocked with everything we could need in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was the icing on the cake. So sweet and willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. Can’t recommend this property enough!
