Great for hosting a large family

Very tasteful and modern decoration. Three separate spaces for different family groups. Well located in a cute village with walking paths along the canals. Restaurants, bike rental and boat rental within walking distance. Easy drive to Giethoorn, the “Dutch Venice”. Located within an area of natural beauty with plenty of outdoor activities with a nice home to gather for large family dinners.

Ruhige Lage, empfindliche Nachbarn

Wir waren vom 01.05.-04.05. mit 14 Personen im Kraggehof. Das Haus ist großräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer einfach, aber gemütlich, die Terasse im Garten mit Blick auf die Grachten ein absolutes Highlight. Rundum eine tolle Unterkunft - sollte man zumindest meinen. Denn das Problem in dieser idyllischen Lage sind die Nachbarn! Beschwerden aufgrund von Lärmbelästigungen gingen bereits um 18 Uhr ein und folgten sodann beinahe stündlich über alle erdenklichen Kommunikationskanäle (via FeWo, per WhatsApp und Anruf). Letztlich wurde uns sogar das Musikhören auf Zimmerlautstärke (!) verboten und wurden dem Garten verwiesen - ein absoluter Stimmungskiller!! Und wenn man ein Haus für 14 Personen vermietet, sollten die Nachbarn mindestens auch so verständnisvoll und tolerant sein und verstehen, dass 14 Personen alleine durch Gespräche, Gesellschaftsspiele, Geschirr-Geklapper uÄ automatisch Lärm verursachen. Lärmverursachen verursachen.

Beautiful house in lovely rural location

Tolles, sehr schönes Haus, idyllisch gelegen direkt an einer Gracht. Sehr schön und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Gut geeignet für größere Gruppen aller Altersklassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wenn das Wetter mitspielte , konnte man herrlich in den verschiedenen Sitzecken im Garten relaxen. Der Aussenbereich würde von ein bisschen mehr maintenance profitieren. Alles in allem ein herrliches Haus welches wir weiterempfehlen können.
