The hotel is conveniently located next to Mineirão. The rooms are in bad shape, dirty walls, dirty floors, carpets are filthy and stained. This would not be a one-star hotel in the US, much less a 3-star property; beware.

A atendente fez enorme confusão no checkin cobrando valor a menor e depois tive que pagar a diferença no checkout gerand 2 cobranças em cartão corporativo e não conseguiram emitir a NFs me gerand um enorme transtorno! O Hotel querendo fazer devolução no cartão corporativo onde a empresa não aceita! Foi um parto receber a NF que ainda veio errada

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel. A localização é muito boa, garagem bem apertada, porém, não cobram a parte (o que acho muito bom). O ponto negativo dessa vez ficou por conta do café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, inclusive a reposição também estava falha.

O quarto era bom, porém só tinham dois travesseiros na cama, sendo que um deles era muito mole e desconfortável, o box do banheiro está super encrostado de sujeira e o chuveiro também está bem sujo na parte da saída da água, as toalhas não estavam com cheiro agradável parecia cheiro de tecido velho ou guardado a muito tempo, o atendimento foi bom e o café da manhã também é bom
