Convenient and clean
Very convenient hotel in the center of Belo Horizonte. It is a few steps away from the Airport Connection Bus Terminal with regular comfortable and safe bus service to Confins Airport. This hotel is basic but adequate, always clean with quick check in. Breakfast is good with adequate variety for all tastes. Rooms are clean and large with comfortable beds. My only issue with this hotel is their WiFi and Internet connection. The Internet is somewhat slow and the WiFi often drops out requiring reconnection with password input.

Good location - Need new towels
Spacious room with 3 comfortable twin beds, towels should be thrown away and bought new ones. Breakfast varied but regular. I had option of GF bread ordered in advance. Around the hotel there are homeless people sleeping on the floor. To have Wi Fi you have to register every time you return to the hotel. At the reception they do not speak Spanish, very difficult to communicate and ask for directions.

Not even close to a four-star hotel as advertised
So so hotel. Clean, but not at all comfortable. For example, the Wi-Fi was horrible as we had to re-join multiple times every day. The table in the bedroom is sized for a child, but not an adult. The elevator to move bags from the ground floor to reception did not work.

I arrived early and they were able to have my room ready before the normal time. The location is perfect for those who are going to the CNF airport by the bus service as it is just on the street below the hotel. Over all I would use it again for sure.

This was my second time staying at the Plaza Lourdes and it was a nice stay. I stayed for 8 nights and hotel was clean and quiet. Special thanks to Sara one of the cleaning ladies that was very nice and helpful. Only complaint was the Wifi connection that was terrible in my room in order to use it I needed to go to the 5th Floor.

The hotel location was perfect, I could walk to the city, stores, mall, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, etc.. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotels very nice overall, rooms are decent size. Room and hotel is very clean and staff was very friendly. I stayed here originally, did some traveling ; then returned to this hotel after a few days. They were very welcoming. I will return.

The property was clean, good size room and very quite. It was the raining season, not many people around. The guy in the front desk Wesley was very helpfu. The rain did not permit us to explore more and see the places we had in mind.

Sempre quando venho a Bh fico neste hotel..já encontrei preços melhores na região ..mas optei em pagar um pouco mais pela localização ..fácil acesso para o aeroporto , mas principalmente pela limpeza dos quartos qu e de excelente qualidade ..as meninas da limpeza são atenciosas e dedicadas . E o pessoal front desk e os meninos que ajudam com as malas são muito educados . Parabéns a equipe do hotel ..não mudem continuem assim ! Vivian

Great place to stay in BH
Hotel staff was very nice , they were able to accommodate early check in and late check out , all pending availability and I was properly advised. Breakfast had a nice variety of food and it was tasty. Pool was very small and water was freezing.

Great location, bed and friendly staff
Great hotel for location and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The pool and sauna was not worth staying here for but we stsyed for location and got comfort as well.

Highly recommended and Comfy stay!
Amazing stay. Clean, great staff, comfy bed & room, work desk with good wifi, excellent location and delicious breakfast. Just beside the Conexao Aeroporto buses stop. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great Stay In Belo Horizonte!
The hotel is quite good, as for the pool/gym, it isn't up to par. The rooms and food are very good, the TV wasn't working properly, but I wasn't interested in watching TV so it didn't affect my experience. I will definitely stay there again, the location is great for restaurants and clubs. The staff spoke great english which was a nice break for me from speaking Portuguese for the past 10 days.....

Great Comfortable Locatiom with Excellent Staff
I had a great experience. Easy to walk to main points of BH or quick can drive. Bus connection to aiport running earlier than 5 am. The room was comfortable. I usually try to test the responsiveness of the staff and all parts of the staff were very responsive. The desk people are a 5 star caliber. Coming from Boston I had high expectations in regards to hotels. Seemed like I never left Boston. When returning to BH, there is one thing out of my checklist: hotel. Thanks

Covenient, well located and nice for the price
The hotel is nice, but last time I've stayed there I was given a bigger room with a nicer bathroom. So, I was somewhat frustrated this time, but the room was clean, the air conditioner worked and the shower was OK. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food and drinks.

Really Nice Location
Great place to stay. Just 20 meters away from the bus stop to confine BH airport. It is also very close to Lourdes, with lots of pubs and restaurants. Less then 1 KM is Mercado Central, a great place to experience Local Food and buy Cachaça.

Crying out for an upgrade
Below average hotel for their grade and price. Spent two days at the hotel on a recent business trip and found it to be much worse than on the previous occasion I had stayed there. Reception staff are friendly and make up for some of the negatives about the hotel. Breakfast is a sorry affair, as is the general upkeep condition of the hotel. A meeting overran and I asked staff to transfer my luggage from room to holding area and this was refused and I had to pay their half-day rate for having my luggage in the room for about 2 hours. Will not be staying there again.
