The check was very easy, they even let us check in a few hours early. The hotel was lovely and clean, the lamp in the room didn’t work but plenty of other lights, the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so could only watch French tv. Spa area was lovely and relaxing after a busy day skiing. We had one free access per booking so definitely made use of it. The breakfast was brilliant. Hot and cold buffet breakfast so great start to the day. Location of hotel was perfect, not too far from all the lifts. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the bar area was very nice and all the staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely come again.

Wonderful Hotel,I really enjoyed my stay. Professional and courteous staff. Great location to the Village and slopes. Perfect for families with pool, jacuzzi and billiards. They say they speak English, but not that I saw. It was not an issue.

This hotel was in such a great location! Right by the train station and the Rhône Express. There are lots of buses and access to public transportation nearby. This was a wonderful hotel if you have a car. It was very far out of the city. Public transportation was difficult and limited in how close it came to the hotel.
