It is well equipped, comfortable, laid back and well located. The upstairs layout was perfect for our family of 8 adults and two small children, Having the downstairs area was nice for getting away from the action upstairs for some quiet time or a nap for the kids. It had everything we needed, was very clean, great communication with the owner and only a short 1-1/2 block walk to the beach! There are great restaurants within walking distance and/or drive. You pull right into your parking space and walk around the back to the private entrance.
