In addition the inside of the property is excellent. The hosts have anticipated every need and the decor is very attractive. Unfortunately, we arrived to grass and weeds at least 1 foot high. Great location and atmosphere with all the sailboats around. The large rooftop was perfect for relaxing in the sun and a nice breeze off the water made the evening enjoyable too. Think about bringing some mosquito repellent though. Visiting The Boathouse Seafood restaurant next door is a must, the food and service is great! We booked the boathouse for our 10 year anniversary and it was perfect. The windows beside the bed are low and give you view of the docks. Once you get up and enjoy your coffee on large patio over looking the bay. Sunrise to sunset the view is spectacular!! Oh and if things couldn't get better it's dog friendly.
