Belle propriété avec une localisation centrale! Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable. Les membres du personnel étaient tous très courtois, cependant le niveau de service n’est tout simplement pas à la hauteur d’un hotel 5 étoiles. Nous sommes habitués de séjourner au four seasons lorsque nous venons à Montréal et malheureusement les deux propriétés ne sont tout simplement pas comparables. Par exemple, les poubelles de la chambre n’ont pas été vidées lors de l’entretien ménager, les toiletteries n’ont pas été remplacées, personne qui propose d’aider avec les sacs à l’entrée.. De petits détails qui font en sorte que le service n’est simplement pas au niveau de ce qui serait attendu d’un établissement 5 étoiles. Nous avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour.

It's very self serve but good over all. Place is minimalist and well kept. Entrance and halls are not super welcoming but the loft was spacious and cool. You need to have a phone to stay here and use the boarding pass they send with clear instructions from A to Z. It's def not a classic hotel, but its still a nice place to stay. Would recommend for anyone who likes the modern feel..

Incredibly welcoming! All staff were so helpful! Felt really well taken care of. Valet service was friendly and attentive. Concierge were great and really informative. Room staff from room service to turn down were so helpful and friendly. All of them are spectacular. Food was awesome! Perfect hotel location for the Mont Royal parc and for downtown! Recommended for anyone wanting to stay in Montreal.

Pretty accessible place. Close to grocery and highway. Would have been nice if they told us the hotel is under renovation. And that there is construction going on so we did not get lost. Overall its okay if you are not looking for anything fancy and luxurious. My son enjoyed the pool the most.
