"We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. "Great location. Unfortunately there is no elevator and our room was up 3 flights of stairs with luggage a challenge. Breakfast was great with Nespresso coffee. Easy to walk entire Avignon sites.
