Great Getaway with the Family

We had an excellent time staying at Country View Estate. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive when contacted. We were in the area for a family gathering and everyone in the group was very happy with the house. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and this property definitely will be considered if we ever travel back. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group.

This is a Big house, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group of 9. Everything we needed was there. Back yard is nice. This host provides things we are not used to finding in our VRBO rentals. Like soaps, shampoo and even some food in the pantry. She brought over fresh eggs from their chickens. We found a Kroger close and plenty of places to shop. Good restaurants too.

country view gathering

this is a spectacular house with plenty of room inside and out. It is beautifully maintained and cleaned, very spacious with large bedrooms and enough bathrooms to match the bedrooms. The public areas were very large and comfortable. The hosts were available and extremely helpful.

Family Vacation

We were in Ohio for a family vacation and to attend a family members wedding. The property at Beavercreek was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the location was near the wedding venue in Miamisburg and also near great family activities such as Scene 75, Great Wolf Lodge and Kings Island. The host was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We will gladly stay again when in the area.

Christmas stay 2023

Our family really enjoyed this home. There is a big back yard for children to run and get out the wiggles, inside is not only beautiful but very spacious. Our younger grandchildren loved the large family room to play with their toys, games and just play. We would rent this home again for our family! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Amazing home and great lovation

This home is exactly as described. Lots of room for a large family. Areas for family to gather, play games and hang out. Also able to spread out so you didn’t feel on top of each other. Super clean. Large area outside for kids to play. The location was perfect for us. Everything we needed was close by. The hosts were great with communication and very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Bellbrook beauty

This has to be one of the nicest locations I have stayed in. Everyone was blown away with the house. It was so well equipped and had everything we needed. We were in town for a graduation and it provided a nice place to relax in the morning and evening. Rooms were great. Kitchen well equipped. Peaceful and safe neighborhood. The weather was rainy but there is a nice patio and yard if the weather was better. Our hosts responded quickly to a few questions we had. Everything in perfect working order.

Our Total Eclipse House

Lovely, spacious home in an upscale neighborhood with a large great room, big kitchen, and plenty of parking; convenient to shopping, restaurants, museums and entertainment. And a perfect view of the total eclipse from the large patio with plenty of seating (a roll-up awning that we didn’t need) and a gas grill which we did. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary accoutrements and basic household items are provided. The home is clean and well maintained and there is plenty of room outside on nicely landscaped grounds. The hosts are gracious and accommodating.

CELEBRATION/REPASS MOM

Upon arrival we were met and greeted to shower us with appreciation! Family members from out of state joined the family and friends in Dayton, Ohio. Even the smallest request or not mentioned were given to all of us. The home was a HOME surrounded with outside property of Nature and Peacefulness. Truly the 5 bedrooms and other accommodations were comforts as we shared our Love for Mom. We were able with their assistance to hold my Mom's repass outside with comforts! The owners and care givers honestly were the BEST and I remain indebted with GRATITUDE for making this extremely sadness met with Peace and Joy!
