Consisting of two twin studios, Tivàn and Breva, bookable separately, each with its own terrace overlooking the lake, it offers a unique and relaxing experience. Brèva, with its large living room and kitchenette, is located on the left of Tivàn overlooking the lake. The terrace overlooking the lake is definitely a strong point, and allows you to enjoy the spectacular view at any time of the day. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, independent bathroom and of course large private terrace; finely furnished and complete with every service, such as dishwasher, washing machine, internet; it is delivered complete with sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a welcome kit in the kitchen to immediately enjoy the experience of staying on Lake Como. Brèva can be booked together with Tivàn, the other studio apartment that can be connected by opening the small corridor that separates them. The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. .
