Suitable for two people who want a comfortable foothold near the train station (6 minutes on foot), Imbarcadero (3 minutes on foot) and easy to reach bars, restaurants, shops and beach, all a few hundred meters away. The studio apartment is reached through a small flight of stairs, and is inserted in the context of a historic Bellanese house. It consists of a living area with an easily convertible sofa bed, a cooking area and a bathroom. Even though it is not equipped with air conditioning, it is very cool, as is often the case for historic houses, with thick walls and positioned so that the sun does not heat them up; the supplied fan is sufficient on warmer days.
