"The condo was very clean and the host kept us well informed. Everything went very smooth - no surprises. The condo was in a great location. We felt safe and all the employees at Daytona Beach Resort were nice and helpful. Overall, this was everything we wanted and a good value."

"This is a beautiful condo, however there are a few upgrades that need to be made to make it more enjoyable. The TV needs to be replaced. The color was a purple color and very hard to see.The ice maker did not work but it helped that there was one just down the hallway. Since there is not a washer and dryer a few more towels and washcloths would have been appreciated.The outside railings need to be painted as it had paint flaking off them. This might be a resort issue.We did not know there are major renovations being done on the property. There were issues with parking, one of the pools not functional but the other one was, pool area torn up and work being done on the wall from the condo to the beach. Access to the beach was not good because you had to go on the side of the building to a gate to go out which was not bad but you couldn’t get back in the gate after it latches on the inside. Luckily we had someone coming out when we were trying to get back in so we did not go down to the beach again.The room is beautiful and very comfortable. The elevators were just right outside our door which was good and opened up to the pool just a few steps away. Once all resort renovations have been made we would love to stay here again. I think we just went at the wrong time because of all the work being done. We wondered if it might have been hurricane damage."

"Very clean, quiet and easy access to beach. Would have received a perfect score but we had no remote for television and only one wash cloth for me and one for my husband. We went across the street and purchase more wash clothes. Definitely will stay again."
Beachfront Studio w/ Balcony, Resort Pool & Walkable Location

"The view from the balcony was beautiful! There is only one chair and a table. We would have loved it more if there was a high top bistro set. Overall the place was tidy, however, the floors were gritty from sand. The floors needed a better vacuum and mopping. Before even being on the beach, I continually had to wipe sand off my feet. There was a broom in the closet that I used and did help, but not enough. We did have some difficulty with the lock when arriving but was able to get in after calling the host. A nice welcome basket was on the table upon arrival with a couple of small bottles of waters and a few individual snacks. Location was good for us as it was away from the hussle and bussle. There is some unfinished construction still but did not interfere with us enjoying our stay. Currently available is an outside pool, an inside pool and 2 inside hot tubs and of course the beach. Most days there was a sufficient amount of lounge chairs and tables with chairs and umbrellas around the pool for the amount of people staying. It would be nice if there is a more convenient way to get from the pool to the beach. Almost directly across the street is a plaza with a Publix grocery store, 5 Below, a Pizza restaurant, Tropical Smoothie and others. Also close is Steve's Diner that we ate at several times- very good!"
