Not only is the property amazing, the location is fantastic. Right on the Back 40 trail system and easy to get to from Bella Vista or Bentonville. We couldn’t have picked a better place. Rogers and Bentonville were around 15-20 min away for outings and Fayetteville a little further. The cabin itself was perfect. Comfortable bed, clean, and enough space for all. Deck and fire pit area where great for relaxing and star gazing. Internet was available although not great. Not surprising as you are out there a bit. Communication with Heather was fantastic. Very responsive and the little touches of coffee, bottled water and fire wood were nice surprises.
