"This property was one of the best places we have ever stayed at, and we have been to several! Very, very clean. Every thing you can imagine is there! Very nice dishes, lots of supplies, even really nice toilet paper! The beds were all great. Bathrooms very nice. The house looks a little older on the outside, but inside is updated, beautifully decorated. Top notch of every thing! Our young adult grandsons, had a ball on the boats and toys for the lake. The lake was beautiful, so quiet and calm. Easy to get down and up from the lake. We hope we can go there sometime next year. We would highly recommend this place. The owners live next door, that is a plus to me!"

"Great place to stay. Up to date finishes, furnishings and appliances. Great view to the lake and forest. Close to trail head. Nice access to the lake by tram. Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Steep sidewalk down to the unit might be difficult for someone with mobility issues but very manageable otherwise."

"This trip to Bella Vista and the stay in Linda’ s cabin-like home was a real retreat and way to escape the world and its tribulations. We refused to watch TV or be on our phones, but went for walks around the neighborhood along with our busy dachshund who kept sniffing everywhere ( until he discovered the armadillo mom and baby by the cabin!) Linda provides so much for her guests’ comfort…and cleanliness everywhere. Linda’s artwork take you into her world which is marked by the seasons in NWA and NE Oklahoma. We arrived on the property in the dark, under rain, thunder and lightning. After we settled in,we sat in the porch until past midnight and sat mesmerized by the spectacle of rain falling in the woods across the road, and an invisible waning moon and the sounds of birds, crickets, cicadas? We went for walks in the evenings absorbing every sound, every scent, everyWe left the property after a walk, a little after sunrise,with thankfulness in our hearts, and ready to brave the long road back to Houston. I write this review 2 twodays after our return- my husband ready to go to OR at Memorial Hermann, my doxie dreaming of encounters with armadillos and me …Blessed is God King of the Universe who took us all the way to Linda’s cabin and brought us home safely.Linda, we never got to identify the trees that surround the cabin - let us know, please."

"We loved our stay in the 'tree house'. The house was comfortable for our family of 5. The condo (and complex area) was quiet and peaceful, close to town and easy access to all the biking trails in the area, and a nice escape from our busy lives back home. Our family was sold on the area and will be back again soon! Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"I pictured drinking coffee in the sunroom overlooking the lake with my old friends from high school. That is exactly what we did. It was so peaceful, we went outside one morning to drink our coffee on the deck by the lake. A fox wandered close and a few minutes later two herons chased each other over the water. Truly a beautiful place. It was an extra bonus to park in the garage to be able to unload our luggage out of the rain. This was a girls trip but plan to bring the family back soon."

"The house was easy to find, in a great neighborhood, and felt very secure upon arrival. The inside was clean and extremely well kept. The beds were soft and comfy, and the couches were just the same. The upstairs main space is large and spacious: enough to accommodate all 10 individuals while eating dinner. Downstairs, the ping pong table, pool-golf, and pop-a-shot were a hit. We only stayed one night since we were there for the Chili Pepper Cross Country Festival the next morning, but every person in our group wished we could have stayed another night. The host was great at communicating the details of our stay, along with going the extra mile to make sure we knew of some local restaurants for dinner on Friday night. While it was a little more expensive than a hotel, it is something that definitely made the 5-hour trip more enjoyable and unique for everyone involved!"

"Everything was great (again). This was our second time staying here. Check in was easy. Place was clean and had essentials. We stayed here while doing a college tour of Arkansas with our daughter. It was far enough away for peace and quiet, but close enough to allow for an easy trip to nearly anything in the area. Overall, a great place to stay."
