The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable environment throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, making me feel welcome from check-in through to departure. The quality of the food was excellent, with a good variety of options and consistently high standards of service in the dining areas. The hotel's cleanliness, attentive customer service, and convenient location in Kensington all contributed to a pleasant and memorable stay.
