"The property was in very nice condition. However my only complaint is the quality of the mattress and linens. Very subpar for 2026. The sheets are very thin and the mattress was a spring mattress that had body indentations on it. Did not sleep well at all. If they would improve that I would stay more often, otherwise I’ll only use it in an emergency."

"The property was very well kept, had everything we needed to cook with and if we needed to wash clothes everything was there, nice washer and dryer with laundry detergent and softener available.The pool area was fabulous! The owner even picked up some floaties for us to use.Would definitely stay there again."

"I hate to say anything negative about a business, but it’s not fair for customers to think they’re getting something they aren’t. Upon walking into the hotel, I noticed the carpet was covered in trash. Seemed a little off-putting, but surely the rooms will be clean. Then, hotel room absolutely reeked of mildew/mold. I can understand it not smelling like fresh roses, but mildew seems like a safety hazard to inhale. It made me seriously question the cleanliness of the room. How had someone deemed it clean and acceptable? The manager apologized and offered us a smaller room that was available. It still didn’t smell great, but we decided to give it a shot. I wish I hadn’t. They offer one sheet on the beds. It felt like sleeping with a napkin on my body. We asked for additional blankets and received blankets made of actual gauze, so that did not help. It took an act of congress to turn the shower faucet on. The nob was so hard to turn, and once you succeeded, hardly any water came out! The sweet housekeeping staff apologized and said they were seriously understaffed. Which I appreciated, but also, so the rooms hadn’t been cleaned?! They did make 1 out of 2 beds for us. Ha. Weird. I’ve never stayed somewhere so filthy in my life. Spilled milk in the hallways. Trash everywhere. Is the vacuum broken? The place has potential to be decent, but customers expect a clean room at the very least. This was not my experience, or the experience of several other guests in the hotel. "

"The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! "

"The hotel was located within 5 minutes to Gateway airport and close to Texas Roadhouse and other restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint we had was we had asked for a wakeup call, for we had an early flight. We never got the call! "

"We went during a baseball tournament for my kid. Experience was nice. Noise was there for other kids but when I told me they addressed it right away. And really not their fault. "

"The house is absolutely beautiful, fun, large and perfect for any type of family get-together or large group gathering. We came from all over to attend a wedding in Apache Junction. There were 17 of us and we never felt like the space was too small. At one point, some other out of towners joined us for dinner and we had four people in one room playing pool, five people in the dining room playing cards, five more people at the kitchen table playing cards, four people watching TV and six more people outside chit-chatting by the pool. It was so joyous to walk from space to space and see everyone doing something different but all of us allowed to be together at the same time. The amenities were spectacular! The soda machine was a big hit. The billiards table and the pool were fantastic. We never took the time to play the game machines but it was wonderful that they were there and that it was an option. I'm sure if we had small children or teenagers they would have loved it. In addition, after a day or two at any other rental home, I have had to go out and purchase more toilet paper and/or paper towel. The owners had this house well stocked and we never had to purchase those types of items. The location is absolutely perfect. It is quiet but also within a mile or two of any store or restaurant you could possibly need. Book it and enjoy your family and friends together in a spectacular home that has enough space to be together and be separate at the same time!"
