The staff was very helpful with everything from helping us get a taxi, get food, finding markets and shops etc. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, the gym and meeting the other guests. I would stay here again.

I had such a wonderful stay at The Palms Belize! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was absolutely amazing—very spacious, clean, and beautifully set up. Honestly, it felt like I had my own apartment rather than a hotel room! The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was so friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming. Their customer service really made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend The Palms Belize to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and welcoming place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️🇧🇿

This was the best international stay I’ve had thus far!! Its a smaller hotel so the space is intimate, which is nice. The rooms are spacious and modern. The staff was amazing and helpful with setting up rides to the airport and taxis as needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Belize City.

The Palms was an excellent place to stay for our visit to Belize. We stayed 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our location and amenities. The staff was amazing in planning our excursions that we wanted to do. They provided needed services such as getting taxis for us and suggestions for different restaurants. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Belize. The rooms were updated, efficient and spacious. It felt like home.

OMG, the Palms is a Belize City hidden gym! We were concerned with the reputation that Belize City has and were instantly put to ease upon arrival! Our pick up transportation from the water taxi was easy to schedule and they were awesome accommodating us as a large group! From start to finish they communicated so easily, went beyond the call of duty to make sure we ate, were comfortable and had everything we needed! The rooms and the beds alone were more than we imagined and my family of 12 were beyond pleased! If you are looking at staying in Belize City, don’t think twice.

Staff was nice & helpful. Room was clean and spacious like a big studio. Looked Just like the pictures. Location was not bad, theres parking on the property so if you're driving i think its good. I walked to some places & took cabs. The spots to go out at night are much closer to this area vs. The hotels all the way down by the port. However this area is more so in the neighborhood. At night everyone is out running so it felt safe walking to nearby areas since its a quiet area.

Wonderful property! Super clean and very spacious room! Very welcoming staff. Super cute coffee shop just around the corner for drinks and meal! Not to far of a cab ride to the markets or places to eat. Nice place to stay!
