A strange set up. When checking in I had to telephone a number displayed on entrance door and was connected to someone who said they would arrive on 5 minutes. The staff member was quite rude. I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great and had lots of options. It was close to the bus stop to get to the mall and Christmas market and short walk to other sites.
