The location is very nice and the suite is overall as well. We had two primary challenges with the unit: (1) the bed was uncomfortable and made loud squeaking noises and (2) the washing machine was broken. Also the area was very loud overnight but it was a Saturday.

I was very disappointed with my stay here because my room was not cleaned well. I had the room with the jet tub and sauna and what should have been an otherwise relaxing lodging experience instead left me digusted. There were tumbleweeds of hair all on the floor as well as in one of the fresh towels they provided; it was clear that the toilet had not been cleaned, despite the paper strip claiming that it had been sanitized; and, the faucet handle looked like it had an old piece of gum stuck to it. I requested that my room be cleaned and when I returned later in the day it looked like there was even more hair all over the floors. It was as if they use a mop composed of human hair to "clean" the floors. In addition, I greatly disliked the art that was in my room: two portraits of nude women, because I guess one just wasn't enough--just tasteless. The biggest positive about my stay here was the location. It's a two minute walk to Republic Square, right across from a grocery store, and located in an area with a plethora of restaurants, shops, cafes, and other attractions.
Interesting unique design. Many restaurants right outside and a grocery store. Pedestrian streets. Don't forget to click switch to heat hot water for shower.
I do not like to write bad reviews but in this case I feel obligated to inform potential guests about something that's supposedly has 4 stars but deserves maybe 1.
The pictures are deceiving since they don't show the true entrance. This was an old apartment that was remodeled to have 3 rooms with bathrooms, individually keyed.
the reception is in a building two entrances down the street and the people working there were really nice.
The room had a bad smell. I think there had been a flood, since the baseboards were partially missing and the door trims were swollen and had black mold.
The room looked very used and not maintained. Bathroom had lots of black mold.
I used the shower of friends so I wouldn't use the shower.
Towels were old and not in good shape.
All in all, you get what you pay for...
The heating system worked well.
The TV didn't have a remote to change channels. You could only turn it on and off with the remote, but had to change channels manually on the box.
The location though was very good. Middle of old down town and very walkable to anything interesting. Great restaurants close by.
It reminded me of a youth hostel back in the days when I was in the 1980's traveling as a student.
I personally would never stay there again. Just across the street was a real hotel that looked much nicer. Don't think that stars mean what they mean in the Western world.
The place is good for young people who don't want to spend a lot of money for just sleeping in a place.
It’s a great combination of a hotel and Airbnb. The rooms were more like apartments rather than a hotel but everything was clean and comfortable, There’s 24h staff available to help with anything you may need. Very convenient location. Also shuttle options turned out to be very convenient.
There was no kitchen, a small tiny dingy room, I it difficult to contact the staff after 2300, which stated they were available 24 hours. The apartment represented it self very poorly.
The only positive thing about being there, is that the location was great, nothing else.
Perfect location
The staff were really helpful and amazing especially Mr Vladimir the receptionist, he was very helpful and nice to me
I would like to stay there again in my next visit
Perfect hotel for a short stay in Belgrade. It’s clean, quiet and in a great location. You are walking distance from everything. It is a taxi ride from the bus station but still worth it. The staff is helpful and kind and am thankful they let me check out at noon.
Kind people, nice and confortable room.
Wanderful location, as well as everything else.

The two gentlemen who work at the front desk…. Vladimir and Anilton were really excellent. Both were very friendly, helpful, courteous and processional. Really nice guys and they speak English.
They made my stay enjoyable. It’s a fair price for the room with lots to do in the area.
Privilege Suites! The staff were absolutely incredible, super helpful, and always ready to lend a hand. And let me tell you, the location is spot-on! It’s right in the heart of the city, just outside a supermarket that’s open 24 hours. It was perfect for my short stay in Serbia
