Green Gables - Country Farmhouse - 7 Minutes to Bozeman

Slow down and relax at "Green Gables", a 5-bedroom farmhouse on 5 acres—just 7 minutes from Bozeman! Built over 100 years ago, this original homestead offers mountain views from the wraparound deck, a trampoline for fun, and cozy spaces to unwind. Guests have access to the house, yard, garage, wraparound deck and private hot tub.

You’ll enjoy the warmth and comfort of this updated Montana farmhouse—blending rustic charm with modern amenities like fast Wi-Fi and two large-screen TVs.

Although the house does not have central air/AC, window A/C units are in the master bedroom and large upstairs bedroom. Montana nights are typically cool—open windows in the evening and close them around 10:00 a.m. to keep the house comfortable.

The home features 4 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and a smaller 5th bedroom with a twin. A premium queen air mattress is also available. There are 2 bathrooms: one off the primary bedroom with a classic slipper tub (no shower), and a second full bath with a tub-shower combo.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, oils, spices, and utensils. The large marble-top island seats 5, and the adjacent dining room has a beautiful pine table with seating for 8. The cozy living room includes a large-screen TV and a Bose sound system—perfect for movie nights.

Beds feature soft compression foam toppers and down comforters, while bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and premium soaps and lotions.

The fenced backyard offers space to relax and play, including a sunken trampoline and a spacious wraparound deck with patio seating—perfect for enjoying the mountain views.

Guests have access to the house, garage, deck, the yard directly adjoining the home and the hot tub.

There are horses on the premises. Do not feed or touch the horses. Access to barns, sheds, pastures, and horse pens is also not permitted.

Although the home offers a peaceful country setting, it’s just 7 minutes to Costco and the airport, 15 minutes to downtown Bozeman, and 20 minutes to Montana State University—giving you the best of both worlds.

Great Home!!

We enjoyed all of the space, the nice well equipped kitchen, large dining room and nice clean hot tub overlooking the mountains. The location was perfect, out far enough but yet close enough. We had 8 adults on our stay. We will book again.

This is the second time our family has celebrated Thanksgiving at the green gables farm house ! It was absolutely wonderful! The kitchen is well stocked, comfortable beds, hot tub with a view of the stars , and a trampoline ! Great place for a family or friends gathering

Nice spot

Stayed with a few friends to do some fishing and hiking in the area. Great space for making meals and catching up and can’t beat the location with proximity to airport, town, trails, and fishing access all 15-30 minutes.

Great time in Belgrade

We were in town for a family wedding. The property was located close to the airport, downtown and the venues. Everything went great and the property was spacious, accommodating and worked perfectly!

We had the best time! All amenities and the jacuzzi/bbq made our stay wonderful! Beds were comfy and we were so happy. Beautiful property! Horsies to look at, trampoline in the back (we loved it!). Not far from the airport which is very convenient. Wrap around porch! Are you kidding me? Awesome!

Great holiday vacation

The farmhouse was perfect for us. We were able to get together with our 3 kids and enjoy the holiday. The trampoline and the hot tub were an added bonus. We had 5 adults and 2 kids with us and then had our daughter and her husband come by daily to spend time together. The house was big enough so no one felt crowded. The host was available and responsive before and during our stay.

Beautiful home!

We decided to stay here while we were on vacation for a whole week. The house was very nice and there was plenty of room for all of us (4 adults). Everything was very well stocked (towels, etc.). The hot tub was great and we got in it almost every night, and the view of the mountains from the front of the house is amazing! If we decide to go back to Bozeman, we’d love to stay here again!

Wedding parents and grandparents

We enjoyed the location and especially the wrap around porch. The large kitchen and the dining room were great when we had some relatives come visit. When booking, you need to realize there are no bathrooms upstairs and I would not recommend planning on elderly people staying upstairs.

Green Gable Dream

Excellent location- our daughter got married- venue (Star M) less than 5 minutes away. Well kept beautiful farmhouse- comfortable furniture and beds. 40th birthday getaway

I sent my wife, her sister, sister in law, and some friends to Montana for a long weekend of hiking and exploring. They absolutely loved the house and location. Extremely convenient to get to downtown Bozeman and Yellowstone. My wife wants to plan another trip out there but this time with me and the kids. Montana Trip

Truly enjoyed our stay. It was disappointing that the hot tub didn’t work, but Paul offered to reimburse us for an amount due to not being able to have it. Great sleeping, comfortable space, and great layout. Some windows were difficult to open which was necessary with the heat during the stay. Loved the view and trampoline!

Loved our time at Green Gables

Green Gables is in a beautiful setting that was great for our crew of age 5 to age 86. The trampoline was a huge hit with kiddos and helped to offset travel hiccups and time changes. The hot tub was a fun addition, too. It was spacious and therefore quiet. Beds were comfy, house was generously stocked. Lots of windows to open for fresh air, some take a little patience but very helpful in regulating temperatures.

Beautiful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and was just what we were looking for. There was an extra bedroom with a twin bed that we weren't expecting which was nice. The house had all the cooking essentials one would need (cooking supplies, spices, basics). The only thing I would suggest is adding an extra duvet comforter for when the air mattress is used. Paul was extremely responsive.

Wonderful Place

We were so thrilled by the beauty of the place! We all fell in love with the yard and front porch. There were 9 of us total and we were very comfortable in the house. There were a couple nights that were kind of warm so without air conditioning didn't sleep the best but the other nights it felt amazing. Beds were firm of you like a firm bed. The kids enjoyed the trampoline. The house was well stocked with essentials, Not far from town and was very peaceful. Would highly recommend this place!

Great set up for family of 8

We went to Bozeman to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. With kids coming from 3 different states. The layout of the house was great for our family. The trampoline was a hit with our 5 yo grandson. Braden was helpful. We were able to walk to a fishing hole on the Gallitan which was nice. Communication with owner was good pre trip but unable to contact right before and during stay.

Family Trip

The property owner was very accommodating in letting us arrive earlier than the normal check in time. The house was reasonably clean. The upstairs bedroom bedspread had some sticky stuff which we promptly cleaned. Having a washer and dryer with accompanying detergent and dryer sheets was extremely convenient. The coffee pot did not work, so we purchased another. The house was close enough to restaurants and stores, but far enough away for peace and quiet.
