Terrible reception

We rezerved for 5 people in a room. They give only one key and mentioned they dpn’t give any other key because other guests don’t hand it it back. What your others guests did is not our problem. The suit has air conditioner in living area but the rooms don’t have. There were no even water in the room but the location was very centeric

Unpleasant experience

Hotel in a great location, with nice reception staff and reasonable rooms. However, the main problem was that the room was not cleaned during the entire 4-night stay – no towels or sheets were changed. I booked a room including transfers through the Hotels website, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was charged for transfers again. Despite the clerk's attempt to help, they refused to give me a refund. Only after I sent several harsh emails to the Hotels service team, accompanied by evidence, did the hotel owner make the refund. The trash we left behind is proof that room service was not done properly.. Also. There is no spa on site!!!!

Very dirry and unsightly. Every part od the accomodation is in poor condition. I dece t offers via flyers on various types od massages in the accomodation. I do nit recommend staying in this accomodation.

Average experience, the reality is totally different than in the pictures, the parking lot is 280 m away from the location you don't have any check in instructions before arriving at the location because it's very hard to find a parking place around. The price does not reflect the accommodation conditions at all.

Noe høy pris i forhold til standard

Fin lokasjon og god størrelse på rommet. Noe slitt, men grei standard. Prisen er nok litt i høyeste laget i forhold til standarden. Rommet ble kun rengjort en gang i løpet av en uke og først etter at jeg ba om det selv.

This hostel has not the quality classified by other travelers. As pro, is the staff, very friendly. As con, is the installation, very weak, without elevator and other characteristics that give comfort for guests.
